The Civil Division is constitutionally considered to be vital to the community. The service of income and property judgments, evictions, summons, civil warrants, subpoenas and orders of seizures are served and executed in a timely, accurate fashion with compliance to the statutory direction.

The Civil staff consists of two Civil Enforcement Deputies, two Senior Account Clerks, and a Principal Account Clerk. Civil Enforcement Deputies perform their duties fully-uniformed and operate marked patrol cars. All staff have completed Civil Training School, in addition to workshops and conferences for up-to-date law amendments. The staff is recognized for their professionalism by members of the legal and business community.

The Civil Office is located on the second floor of the Public Safety Building.
Office Hours:  Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 3:45 pm
July and August Only:  Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 2:45 pm
