From North:
Take 81 South to Exit 45 (Arsenal Street-State Route 3) Stay in left hand lane. Turn left at traffic light, and stay in far right hand lane. Continue East on Arsenal Street (State Route 3). Turn right at Walgreens onto Bellew Avenue South. Proceed to the Stop Sign. Turn Left at stop sign onto Waterman Drive. Continue down to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building Sign, making a right hand turn into the Front Parking Lot.
From South:
