Single Point of Access for Adults (A-SPOA) links adults to services best meeting their individual needs.
- Designed to serve individuals 18 years of age or older experiencing severe mental or behavioral difficulties
- Community-based service providers assigned to assist the adult and their family with meeting their needs
- Accepting provider and self-referrals
