Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly

Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, or EISEP, provides in-home, non medical services to frail individuals age 60 and older who are facing challenges with the basic activities of daily living and need assistance to remain safely in their homes.

EISEP Services may include:

• Case Management
• Contracted Personal Care and Housekeeping Assistance
• Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)
• Home Delivered Meals
• In-Home Respite Services

This program is NOT for individuals who are eligible for or are on Medicaid.
